Online purchase of large Oushak rug

We purchased a 10x14 Oushak style rug. Neel was very helpful with selection of the rug and coordinating the purchase, setting up a video call to show several options we were considering prior to making the purchase. The rug was shipped and delivered quickly, and is of excellent quality. In all a very smooth and pleasant process for a large purchase.
