As much as we like to think the rug we shipped is the perfect one, we understand that sometimes it will not be the case. We boast industry best 60 day FREE return policy. Yes, we will send you a free label to ship the rug back to us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide you with a rug of your choice. For whatever reasons, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them as long as they are in original condition.
