The runner is beautiful and fits perfectly in my hall space. The colors and design are moody and elegant. It is plush and nicely heavy. I wish it was hand knotted vs hand tufted, but that wasn’t an option. It’s a statement piece and should last many years with the felt pad I placed it on.

Great rug. I love the way it looks and it's nice and thick. I had concerns having never ordered a rug from on line before. I took a chance as this rug is so beautiful. It came quickly, in a box, lays flat, no smells, no excessive shedding(hardly any actually!!) I bought a new vacuum with an ON/OFF brush roll switch so that I can just use suction on this rug. I do want it to last and last as I'm sure it will. And customer service was above and beyond. I sent messages daily for 6 days before ordering with quick response. I was surprised to get an immediate message even on New Year's Day! I have since ordered a hallway runner and several rug pads as well.
