Story Behind the Art: The Irish rug industry took its inaugural steps in the late 1800s, with Morton & Company setting the stage for rug production in the verdant landscapes of Donegal, Ireland. Progressing into the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Donegal rugs emerged as artistic marvels, each telling a unique story through a design language that echoed with an unmistakably 'Irish' charm. This language seamlessly blended motifs reminiscent of Oriental and Persian rugs with the enduring artistic threads of Celtic heritage.
We have been in business for more than 30 years serving customers from all over US, Canada and Europe. Our mission is to provide a superior quality rug at the most competitive price. Colors more subdued than picture but very pretty rug. Still need to figure out artwork and pillows.

Top shelf customer service
The Donegal rug is superb! ORH handled the sale without fuss and got the rug up to Washington state in a timely manner. Excellent suggestion on the thickness of the carpet padding for this rug. Rug is more beautiful in person than the pictures. Padding/liner cut precisely to secure the rug without showing.
Highly recommend this company and will be a return customer. Thank you Neil!

Donegal rug
A nice rug. The website colors were however quite exaggerated, being overly saturated, but I've come to expect that from internet advertisers.
