Prompt service, and flexible lengths, but the quality doesn't match our needs.

The swatches came promptly, thank you. If they had met our standards, we would have ordered the full staircase runner in a flash. Unfortunately, the weave is far too loose for our family. We have a cat that claws the current, damaged carpet, which is far sturdier than your runner.
