I ordered two William Morris style 9'x12' area rugs. What I received was better than expected. The rugs were beautiful, luxurious and of the highest quality! As stated in another review on Oriental Rug of Houston, I was hesitant to purchase such large rugs over the internet. Especially living so far away. I live outside Chicago. I am so glad that I did. The rug is stunning. High quality. Thick, soft. My only complaint is that Fed Ex delivered to someone else in my neighborhood who told the delivery man - This isn’t mine. Fed Ex guy says, Yes it is. And drove away, leaving us to drive to move the 70-pound package. Plus, the bottom of the package was broken, open to the rug itself. And it started to rain. All good EXCEPT for packing and delivery
