I received the rug a couple of days ago. It's very beautiful and seems well made. It is thick and soft - very nice to walk and sit on. The colors are just as pictured on the website. After I placed my order, I realized that I'd made an error. I contacted customer service and they took care of it immediately and were exceptionally gracious. I am glad to recommend this company.
